8 semi-detached/joined villas (2,900 m2 built) on a 9,000 m2 plot, with individual infinity pools built on rainwater cisterns.
The building envelope consists of a ventilated facade by Porcelanosa with wood and concrete imitation pieces on the first floor and on the ground floor an irregular stone cladding with semi-fitted joint by Santanyí.
Exterior joinery by Schuco with hidden profile and interior joinery lacquered in white with floor to ceiling doors.
Interior flooring and cladding made of natural stone with a bush-hammered and aged finish.
Aerothermal system installations with VRV type air supply.
